From 1st April 2025, our Enhanced Access Service provider will be changing, and we would like to ensure that you are fully informed about what this means for you.

Online Consultation Change

We are excited to inform you that we are switching to a new online consultation tool called SystmConnect from Monday 3rd February 2025. Our new online consultation system will improve the way you interact with us, helping us serve you better.

Appointment cancellation

We now have an option available on our phone system to cancel a consultation.
