The way you access the Practice has changed. We have resumed the majority of our services.
IT IS NO LONGER MANDATORY TO WEAR A FACE COVERING, WHEN ATTENDING THE SURGERY UNLESS IT IS YOUR PERSONAL PREFERENCE
IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY
We would ask you to continue to telephone the surgery if you wish to arrange a telephone review or face to face appointment. You can also contact us via e-mail or eConsult.
Our Reception Team are trained in Care Navigation so will need to ask for a brief description of your problem to signpost you to the most appropriate person.
Under the direction of the GPs, our Care Navigators will be able to advise if your problem can be dealt with on the telephone or if you will need a face to face examination.
A lot of things do not need to be dealt with by a GP and can be better dealt with by other services such as our Clinical Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Mental Health Practitioner, Minor Ailments Service
