Positive Comments:


I always find all the staff very courteous and helpful, be it face to face or by telephone.

Sister Paula Raymond, always very helpful while doing my asthma and diabetic review. Accommodates and takes care of the patient very well. Thank you so much.

Very good is the highest comment on your chart, I feel EXCELLENT should be on that list. You can’t be excellent all the time, but I don’t remember an occasion when you’ve not been. From the reception to the end of your appointment is of the highest class.

My GP is brilliant! She is humane and she listens.

Dr Armitage is very good, she was very thorough and got to the cause of the issue. I got the feeling she was really listening and understood my needs. Following our talk she was decisive which is key for me.

I saw Angela the HCA and found her very efficient and friendly. She explained everything clearly and was sympathetic to my aversion to needles. We even found we had a common interest in running!

Always excellent. Never waiting very long for appointment. Staff nice and friendly, also helpful. It would be difficult to criticise any staff at the medical centre. They are all extremely courteous and helpful.

Thank you for your comments. During the past two years it has been very challenging and demanding in General Practice and our staff have worked over and above during the pandemic and going forward as things return to normal. Your positive feedback is appreciated.


Negative Comments:

Took 120 calls over two days to get through

We are sorry you had a bad experience trying to get through to the Practice. We are aware some patients contacting us using our old phone number. We endeavour to have the maximum number of staff answering our phones during our busiest period ie from 08.15am. If you cannot get through on the phone you can come into surgery or contact us via eConsult on our website.
