Positive

  • Sign in so easy. Surgery on time so no waiting intact I was early and was seen straight away. Lovely nurse nothing too much trouble and had such a kind and caring manner. It really makes you feel like you matter and that all your health issues no matter how small really matter. Very caring practice thankyou so much for everything.

  • My voice was gone due to a flu and I was very worried. I got an appointment the same day I called the centre which was fabulous.

  • Very good and helpfull staff in a difficult job.

  • Excellent service, appointment always on time, very friendly staff and was able to get parked on site.

  • Was able to get an appointment on the same day and received Excellent GP service from Dr Armitage.

We would like to thank you for all your positive comments. The Practice works hard to improve and maintain our customer care.

 

 

Negative....

Easy to check in for appointment, appointment on time and the nurse was lovely. Only criticism is the car park. The barriers need fixed so that only patients can park there. I had to park at Palmyra Square because there were no spaces.
 

Surgery Response....

Thank you for your comments.  We are sorry you have had issues with the car park.  The Landlords are currently looking at a workable solution to ensure the car park is used for patient use only.  We hope this will be in place in the very near future.

Negative....

 Fuming as they said they'd get doctor ring me sat morning at 8.15 waiting all morning no call!!

Surgery Response....

We are sorry you did not receive your planned phone call.  Our clinicians will always attempt to contact a patient twice if they do not answer on the first try and leave a message if appropriate, the Clinician will always log in the patient record how many attempts they have made to contact the patient if they are unable to get through and we would hope that when you subsequently contacted the surgery regarding your missed call, our reception team would have advised you of this and offered a solution
